This workshop was developed by SADIE's Christopher Willis, author and program developer, as a tool develop ideals, improve the ability to believe in one's self, to focus on self and discover their individual sense of identity. An individual can use their wellness of mind, body, and spirit as a force to promote, encourage, and empower themselves to the willingness, compassion, understanding and kindness of Christ to make a difference in their lives.
