Candi and Hawk grew up together until the town forced Hawk and his family out of town. Now he's back to help Candi find out who killed her twin brother, Randy, while Randy was doing his job as Sheriff of Ridge Rock. Hawk asks his elite government team to work with Candi. While Candi is held captive in a ghost town she is helped by an Indian spirit who is related to the original builder of the town. While Candi is communicating with the ghost, Hawk is discovering his true feelings for her. With the help of this ghost, they find a way to not only capture the man who killed Randy but also solve the crime that led to Randy's death.
