Satisfaction ratings from tenure-track faculty at 200 institutions across the country reveal best practices and the key elements of workplace success. Landing a tenure-track position is no easy task. Cosmopolitanisms and the Jews adds significantly to contemporary scholarship on cosmopolitanism by making the experience of Jews central to the discussion, as it traces the evolution of Jewish cosmopolitanism over the last two centuries.
