Here, these noninvasive tools will be reviewed, especially those with therapeutic value that have a direct impact on brain function, either passively (operant conditioning, neurofeedback) or actively (transcranial electromagnetic stimulation). The main focus will be on EEG as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool for MTBI.
