What isnt interesting when it has not yet been read? What is more interesting is summarizing essays into phrases, quotes, and poems, making not only the reader but also the writer think. The book is written in such a way to provoke peoples thoughts. It is a collection that is randomized and not written in any order, thus giving the continued ability of mixing up the thought process and simultaneously has each phrase or quote reach out to each individual on a personal level. As it is summarized from longer-written phrases, not all will be understood immediately or initially. But giving time to think, all will reach the reader in their own unique manner. The book was written through hard times and good times, with each message intended to be helpful to the individual reader and to motivate them through life whether daily or for a longer duration.

The Croatian-Dutch architect duo of Branimir Medic and Pero Puljiz have a working method that could be described as cleverly linking and rearranging elements that just fall short of being identical. By these means they convincingly create new forms and surprising spaces. It is a method that yields buildings that are minimalist, and at the same time, dynamic. Indeed, their body of work can best be described as dynamic minimalist. Educated as architects at Zagreb University, the two continued their studies at the Berlage Institute in the Netherlands. After winning first and second prize in the Dutch Prix de Rome in the mid 1990s, the two decided not to establish their own office as was customary, but instead to become partners at de Architekten Cie. in Amsterdam. From one day to the next, they went from being fledgling architects to co-directors of a major architectural firm. Medic and Puljiz often follow a similarly individual path in their designs. Different Repetitions shows in words and images the versatility but most of all their cohesion, from the Acanthus office building in Amsterdam to the Cultural Centre in Tianjin, China.

Anzulovic shows how the myth of "Heavenly Serbia" developed to help the Serbs endure foreign domination, explaining their military defeat and the loss of their medieval state by emphasizing their own moral superiority over military victory. Heavenly Serbia shows how this myth resulted in an aggressive nationalist ideology which has triumphed in the late twentieth century and marginalized those Serbs who strive for the establishment of a civil society.
