Dhuvu, a girl of fourteen, is abandoned by her mother and left in an orphanage. She starts living with her new-made orphanage friends, happily. Dhuvu’s mother never visits her. Life becomes uncertain for the four friends when they learn that Aunt Lissa, who runs the orphanage, intends to sell them. They plan an escape from the orphanage and suffer numerous struggles under ad-verse circumstances. The group of friends face some troubling ordeals. Where will their never-ending struggles take them? Will they ever find a home?
