POETIC PETALS is an anthology of poems Alinka Zyrmont has written throughout the years. Not having much time to dedicate to her hobby of gardening once she started writing romance novels, she came up with the idea of incorporating lovely photos of flowers to accompany each of her poems. The result was this lovely coffee table gift book, dedicated "to lovers everywhere." Many of the poems are of a romantic feeling, while others are more philosophical, and some are even in Spanish. Truly a nice gift for a wedding or birthday present. Certainly a sweet way to say to anyone: I love you!

Each chapter describes the nation Alicia is hunting in at the time: the land of the tango, Argentina; romantic Italy, haughty Germany, and frigid yet passionate Russia. Husband Hunting, the story of one woman's search for marriage, is a blueprint for husband hunting.
